Motel in Hall Park and Water Damage

A break in a water line caused a pooling of water that saturated the carpet in this Hall Park motel. The water wicked up the walls but fortunately the night manager saw the problem and called us out on the spot. We arrived within the hour and rolled up the vinyl wallpaper that was still salvageable. Then we proceeded to extract the water from the commercial grade carpet as we cut and removed a two-foot high section of destroyed drywall and foam fillers. We set up heaters, air movers, and chemical dehumidifiers to quickly start the moisture removal process. The motel manager was shocked how expediently we accomplished all of this from early evening to quiet time for the guests.
